The argument that followed became physical, and though Anna filed a police report, she later inexplicably withdrew the charges, but this confrontation served as the turning point for Anna’s calculated greed.

Upon discovering the true magnitude of Tony’s wealth, she understood that his passing would secure her a vast, immediate inheritance. Her shame and anger over the failed relationship were meticulously channeled into cold, financial calculation.

In January 2020, Anna sought a way to arrange for Tony’s loss of life, and she financed a meticulously planned operation involving four accomplices.

Anna herself supplied the projectile weapon to Igor. The assault was executed on August 11, 2020, outside Tony’s gym, where Igor ambushed him and opened fire.

Tony, a trained Jiu-Jitsu fighter, managed to run inside the gym for help, but tragically succumbed to his wounds two days later, on August 13.

The investigation stalled until police received a critical tip that the gunman, Igor, while intoxicated at a gathering, had boasted about causing the loss of life of a Jiu-Jitsu fighter at the behest of the victim’s wife.

Police swiftly arrested Igor, who confessed immediately and named Anna as the mastermind, confirming she promised him a large sum but paid him only a fraction.

Anna was arrested on August 19, 2021, but fiercely denied involvement. However, phone records, financial transactions, and the uniform testimonies from the four accomplices confirmed the meticulous planning of the assault.

In 2022, the court delivered a comprehensive judgment, finding all five individuals guilty of homicide (Murder). The judicial system delivered systematic, proportionate sentencing based on involvement:
